Welcome to JAB-HAUS, These Terms of Service govern your use of our website located at jab-haus.myshopify.com (online store) and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Us
JAB-HAUS (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a makeup and body-care shop currently trading as an unincorporated sole trader. This store is operated via our Shopify platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order on this Site.
3. Products
• We make reasonable efforts to display our products, including colours and designs, as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device’s display.
• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
• Prices are listed in GBP currency and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Orders and Payment
• By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product, which we may accept or decline.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase via the payment methods available at checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
5. Shipping and Delivery
• Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and unused hygiene reasons and in original packaging with tags
“Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business working days of us receiving the returned item.”
• Faulty or damaged items will not be accepted.
Note: under UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), customers generally have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, separate from any store policy you set. Your returns policy can’t remove this right — it can only be more generous.

All content on this Site, including the JAB-HAUS name, logo, graphics, designs, and product artwork, is the property of JABHAUS and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without prior written permission.
