1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide.

2. Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase.
• Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During busy periods (sales, holidays, new drops), processing may take slightly longer — we’ll do our best to let you know if there’s a delay.

3. Shipping Times and Costs
UK standard Orders–––1-3 business working days.
Eu standard international orders –—5-10 business working days.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (EU Orders)
• Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees charged by the destination country.
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout.
• JAB-HAUS is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Order Tracking
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
• If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within working business days, please contact us at hello@jabhaus.com.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages
• If your order hasn’t arrived within in timeframe, e.g. “10 business working days of the estimated delivery window please get in touch so we can look into it with the carrier.
• We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs, or circumstances outside our control (e.g. severe weather, strikes).

7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at contact email and we’ll try to update it before dispatch.
